Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy describes what Concourse ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to book travel under your instructions.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your name and email address.
- Traveler data — the traveler details airlines require to issue a ticket (name as it appears on ID, date of birth where required, contact details).
- Booking data — itineraries, fare amounts, and the history of bookings, changes, and cancellations made under your mandates.
- Agent activity — a log of the actions your authorized agents take through the Service, kept so you can audit them.
2. What we don't collect
We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are handled by regulated payment providers; bookings are paid with single-use virtual cards created for the exact authorized amount.
3. How we use data
- To carry out the bookings, changes, and cancellations you authorize.
- To show you what your agents did and enforce your spending rules.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Airlines and booking partners — the traveler and itinerary details needed to issue, change, or cancel your ticket.
- Payment providers — the information needed to fund and settle authorized payments.
- Service providers — cloud infrastructure used to run the Service (hosted in the United States).
- Legal requirements — where required by law.
5. Retention
Booking records and agent activity logs are retained while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and travel-industry obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time; we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your choices
- Revoke any agent's access or any mandate at any time.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
