Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Concourse ("the Service"), an early-access travel booking service operated by David Jiang ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
Concourse lets you authorize AI assistants ("agents") to search for, book, change, and cancel flights on your behalf, subject to spending rules ("mandates") that you create and approve. Flights are fulfilled through licensed airline booking partners. Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment providers using single-use virtual cards limited to the amount you authorized.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for the mandates you approve: any booking your agent completes within an active mandate you approved is authorized by you.
- You must provide accurate traveler and payment information.
- You may revoke a mandate or an agent's access at any time; revocation applies to future activity, not to bookings already completed.
3. Bookings, changes, and refunds
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the operating carrier. Where a fare is changeable or refundable, the Service will carry out changes or cancellations at your (or your authorized agent's) request; airline change fees and fare differences apply. Where a fare is non-refundable, we cannot override the carrier's rules.
4. Early access
The Service is in early access. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Fees
During early access, use of the Service is free. Airfare and carrier fees are always paid by you. If we introduce service fees, we will disclose them before you incur them.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not the operating airline and are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or service failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
